Charles Edward Warrick III, 24, Worton. Conspiracy to possess a controlled hazardous substance with intent to distribute it. To plead guilty. Guilty conviction. The accused is sentenced to three years in the Corrections Division, with all but one year suspended. He is placed on three years of supervised probation.

Edward Purnell Butler Jr., 46, Coatesville, Pa. Probation violation hearing for a conviction for reckless endangerment. The defendant is found guilty. He is sentenced to one year in the Kent County Detention Center. Probation violation hearing for a conviction for possessing a handgun on a person. The defendant is found guilty. He is sentenced to six months in the Kent County Detention Center; sentence must be served concurrently with the above sentence.

Kiara Nicole Wilson, 32, Chestertown. Conspiracy to distribute a narcotic. Plea not guilty. A jury finds the defendant guilty. She is sentenced to 20 years in the correctional division, with all but four years suspended. She is placed on five years of supervised probation.

Judith B. Jiménez Miranda, 30, Chestertown. Driving while impaired by alcohol. To plead guilty. Guilty conviction. The court quashed the guilty verdict and offered probation before trial. The defendant is placed under 18 months of supervised probation.

Charles Wayne Blake Jr., 45, Chestertown. Probation violation hearing for a conviction for conspiring to charge another’s credit card for $100 to less than $1,500. The defendant is found guilty. He is sentenced to 12 months in the Kent County Detention Center.

Craig Eugene Commodore, 67, Chestertown. Driving while impaired by alcohol. To plead guilty. Guilty conviction. The accused is sentenced to 60 days in Kent County Detention Center, with all but 10 days suspended. He must pay restitution of $300. He is placed under 18 months of supervised probation.
